Co-founder of Facily, Latin America's first social commerce unicorn, and founder of Mind Hack Lab, Luciano goes beyond the traditional role of a consultant, acting as a true mind and environment hacker. As a classical pianist, neuroscientist, and entrepreneur, Luciano has also played a key role in creative economies with companies such as Accenture, Santander, Danone, Itaú, Deloitte, Telefonica/Vivo, Coca-Cola, and Pfizer. He has been a guest speaker across the USA, France, Spain, Paraguay, and India, sharing his expertise in unlocking human potential.

 

Additionally, Luciano teaches as an MBA professor at São Paulo University; advises startups in the UK, Africa, and Asia, and has been a speaker at events in USA, Paraguay, France, India and Spain.

Actively worked on the global repositioning campaign "O céu não é o limite", re-organized the team's structure optimizing for global impact and accelerated FIRE Festival sales due cross-functional strategies. 

I was fully responsible for all marketing initiatives in the South of Brazil, some national campaigns and a few global campaigns as well. My metrics of success were rider sign-up, number of trips per rider, number of magic trips (5-star), brand awareness and stickiness, safety perception rate. I launched 16 cities for ride-sharing and 2 cities for Uber EATS.

I worked as a performance marketing strategist, digital channels, branding and trends consultant. I rebuilt the B2B sales portal of a major telecom firm and designed the UX sales strategy (e-commerce) for the World's biggest beverage company. I also leveraged sales for a very large health company, creating an end-to-end strategy (since branding to sales channels).

I started as a Sales and Activation leader for Latin America then I became the City Manager for one of the top 10 most important cities at Airbnb. I was also fully responsible for service quality in Brazil. My metrics of success were number of inbound and outbound trips, sharing economy and Airbnb brand awareness, government relations and guerrilla marketing. I also was one of the national spokesperson.
