Creator, Neuroscientist and Entrepreneur, Luciano Freitas is co-founder at Aftermoon, Mind Hack Lab and Facily (a unicorn and the first social commerce in Latin America).

Former CMO at BX Blue and Global VP of Marketing at Hotmart , Luciano also made part of Uber’s leadership and marketing team in Brazil and helped launch Airbnb in Latin America, also acting in the leadership lineup. As a consultant, worked with companies like Accenture, Springpoint, Santander, Danone, C&A, Itaú, Telefonica/Vivo, Coca-Cola and Pfizer.
Luciano is also an MBA professor at São Paulo University and startup advisor in startups in Africa and Asia.

Actively worked on the global repositioning campaign "O céu não é o limite", re-organized the team's structure optimizing for global impact and accelerated FIRE Festival sales due cross-functional strategies.
I was fully responsible for all marketing initiatives in the South of Brazil, some national campaigns and a few global campaigns as well. My metrics of success were rider sign-up, number of trips per rider, number of magic trips (5-star), brand awareness and stickiness, safety perception rate. I launched 16 cities for ride-sharing and 2 cities for Uber EATS.
I worked as a performance marketing strategist, digital channels, branding and trends consultant. I rebuilt the B2B sales portal of a major telecom firm and designed the UX sales strategy (e-commerce) for the World's biggest beverage company. I also leveraged sales for a very large health company, creating an end-to-end strategy (since branding to sales channels).
I started as a Sales and Activation leader for Latin America then I became the City Manager for one of the top 10 most important cities at Airbnb. I was also fully responsible for service quality in Brazil. My metrics of success were number of inbound and outbound trips, sharing economy and Airbnb brand awareness, government relations and guerrilla marketing. I also was one of the national spokesperson.
